Magnesium deficiency is one of the leading causes of disease and a lack of well being.
Of the almost 1600 systems of the human body, 1200 require Magnesium in order to function efficiently.
Systems such as the cardio-vascular system (heart-health) and cognitive function (brain health) are particularly vulnerable to a lack of Magnesium.
Some people believe that taking a few tablets of Magnesium will fix this chronic.
Directions:
Add a handful of flakes (1/2 cup) to the bath post-workout. Shake the bag to ensure a good mix of ingredients. Ensure the bag is sealed between uses to avoid moisture. We recommend 2-3 baths per week in conjunction with daily use of your Magnesium spray or gel. Also excellent to use before bed.
